Originally conceived as an experimental look at the connection between sound and static images, Son Et Lumière is an interactive art installation with a twist
Programmed entirely using Max/MSP, Son Et Lumière is a system which tracks a users head within a 3D installation space, calculates where the user is looking based upon head position and synthesises sound appropriate to the area of an image the user is looking.
